Students not already enrolled at USC may join through our Ph.D. program in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. Details can be found in the website of the Molecular and Computational Biology Section. Interested graduate students already enrolled at USC in a different department or school may join us for specific research projects and co-advising may also be possible.
Our lab is always looking for postdocs with the right skills and a passion for using quantitative methods to solve biological problems. Ideal applicants will have:
- A Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics, with a dissertation related to Computational Biology
- Strong programming skills in both compiled and scripting languages
- Published at least two first author papers in English and demonstrated written communication skills in English
